Advance Payment Requirement

To verify orders and minimize losses caused by fake orders, refused deliveries, and return shipping charges, we require a small advance payment before processing certain orders. The advance amount ranges from PKR 500 to PKR 700, depending on the product, order value, and delivery location.

This advance payment is deducted from your total order amount and helps us confirm genuine orders while covering courier costs associated with failed delivery attempts.

Orders Above PKR 20,000

For orders with a total value of PKR 20,000 or above, full advance payment via Bank Transfer (IBFT) is required before the order is processed and dispatched. This policy helps ensure secure transactions for high-value purchases and allows us to process your order without delay.

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment has been received and verified, your order will be processed and shipped according to our delivery schedule. If you choose Cash on Delivery, the remaining balance (after deducting any advance payment) will be payable to the courier at the time of delivery.
